Very near Ibiza town, on a small hill, we find this villa offering marvellous views of the port of Ibiza, the old walled city renowned worldwide, the sea and of the neighbouring island of Formentera.

A wrought iron gate opens onto the fully closed-in land and we park the car in the garage.

The land has been decorated with extensive terraces which surround the house. Facing north is an agreeable terrace ideal for having breakfast, with a barbecue area just next to it. The main entrance door to the house is to be found here.

On the south side is a dream swimming pool. A few steps up are 2 more terraces providing an ideal place to spend marvellous moments in good company with a fantastic sea view.

The front door opens onto an enormous fully equipped kitchen. Just next to this is a room for domestic staff; this can also be employed as seen fit by the new owner. From the kitchen window we have a marvellous view of the terrace and the sea, converting the chore of cooking into a pleasure.

To the left of the kitchen is the dining room with access to an agreeable terrace also with surprisingly dreamlike views. A few steps down from the dining room is the cosy living room, complete with an open fireplace. It also contains a bar with a serving hatch opening onto the terrace, in order to enjoy the terrace on warm summer days.

Stone shelves and seating provide the room with an authentic Ibicencan charm. Again a few steps further down, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a fitted wardrobe, that share a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has access to the garden.

Once again in the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor, housing the master bedroom. This is distributed into 2 areas. In one is a beautiful dressing room overlooking the pool terrace, with a view reaching as far as Dalt villa and the sea. In the other is the bedroom itself. In the hallway is the bathroom, exclusively for the owner of the house.

Next to the front door are some steps leading to the solarium. Here the new owners can build their own personal oasis with unbeatable views.
