This charming villa is located in a countryside location with total tranquillity and privacy.

The beautiful village of San Agustín is only a few minutes away by car, as well as the famous beaches of Cala Conta, Cala Bassa and Cala Tarida where we can enjoy the crystal clear waters and the restaurants in front of the sea.

The completely fenced plot has two entrances. In the main entrance there is a triple garage where we can park our cars comfortably. The other entrance leads to the back of the house and is perfect for cars if we have guests using the suite.

Part of the plot has been landscaped as a Mediterranean garden with palm trees and natural grass surrounding the 8mx4 pool area and the cosy covered terrace. In addition, a covered terrace with built-in sofas and barbecue provides another shaded area where you can enjoy your evenings.

The main house is distributed on one floor. A hall with fireplace gives access to the independent kitchen that opens to the extensive living-/dining room with high ceilings and wonderful landscape and sea views. It is undoubtedly the heart of the house due to its spaciousness and luminosity.

This floor houses in total 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a guest toilet and a utility room. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a modern en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a dressing room and a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool.

Passing through the dressing room of the master bedroom, a hallway leads to a spacious room with high ceilings currently used as a fitness room but easily convertible into a study or another guest bedroom as it also has an entrance from the garden.

In the lower part of the house, there is another guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom which has a separate entrance from the garden.
