This wonderful apartment is located on the east coast of Ibiza in the vicinity of the village of San Carlos with its legendary hippy market and exquisite restaurants.

Its fantastic location in a beautiful residential area on the seafront allows us to enjoy panoramic views of the sea, the east coast up to the islet of Tagomago, which will not leave us indifferent.

A few minutes walk from the flat you can reach the sandy beaches of Cala Llenya and Cala Nova, two perfect places to enjoy the sea and its beach bars with family and friends.

The apartment has a nice living-dining room with access to a large covered terrace of approximately 25m². From here the views are wonderful with sofas and an outside dining area to enjoy our evenings.

The kitchen is independent and has a small utility room.

It offers 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them with bathtub and the other one en suite with shower.

The spacious master bedroom offers not only sea views but also direct access to the terrace.

In the complex we can enjoy an elegant communal swimming pool facing the sea and the well-kept communal gardens, as well as a parking area for our car.
