In the famous urbanization of Can Pep Simó, near the beach of Talamanca and the village of Jesús, we find this building constructed by the architects Ferrán de los Santos and Juan M. Pascual, between 1976-78, under the influence of the world-renowned José Luis Sert and Erwin Broner who found some years earlier on this hill the perfect place to build several houses and buildings in the "rationalist" style, the modern architecture of that time.
