In the famous urbanization of Can Pep Simó, near the beach of Talamanca and the village of Jesús, we find this building constructed by the architects Ferrán de los Santos and Juan M. Pascual, between 1976-78, under the influence of the world-renowned José Luis Sert and Erwin Broner who found some years earlier on this hill the perfect place to build several houses and buildings in the "rationalist" style, the modern architecture of that time.

Because of its architectural value and because it is part of the island's history, this building has also been recognized as a site of cultural interest by the Heritage Commission.

Its architecture is faithful to its integration with the natural surroundings, the use of white and its cubic forms and distribution of the interior spaces. The current owners have wanted to keep the distribution of the building as it was when it was built for its architectural value.

The building consists of only 8 units, 4 ground floors and 4 penthouses.

The surface of this beautiful penthouse is distributed over two levels, but the feeling is of spaciousness and brightness, thanks to its double height ceilings and the connection of the spaces of the various levels with open staircases without the need for walls.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a dining room and the kitchen with serving hatch opening onto this one.
