We are located in S’Illa Grossa, possibly one of the last hidden and little-known corners near Ibiza Town, situated between the port of Botafoch and Illa Plana. Although it is now well connected to the nearby city of Ibiza and close to Talamanca beach, this place still retains the privacy it once had.

Originally a separate islet, S’Illa Grossa ceased to be an island in the 19th century when it merged with Illa Plana and the islet of Botafoc, where the namesake Es Botafoch lighthouse, inaugurated in 1861, still stands.

In this particularly special and privileged setting, we find this property that will captivate us from the very first moment.

With a charming rustic style that blends perfectly with the surroundings, it enjoys unforgettable, front-facing views of the sea, the lighthouse, the old town of Dalt Vila, all the way to Formentera. In addition, its south-facing orientation guarantees light and sunshine all year round.

In the outdoor areas, we find the perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy the 8x4 infinity pool, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower. At night, the pool can be illuminated with adjustable colored lights, creating a very special atmosphere while admiring the stars and the lights of the old town.

Another covered terrace, decorated with arches on the façade, provides shade and a perfect place for our evenings while overlooking the Mediterranean. The entire setting is surrounded by planters with plants and beautiful blooming bougainvillea.

The interior is comfortably distributed on a single floor. The warmth of the atmosphere is immediately noticeable, with ceilings partially decorated with wooden beams and terracotta floors.

A small entrance hall leads into the cozy living-dining room with a fireplace and built-in sofa. From here, we can access the covered terrace or enjoy the sea views while having a coffee.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped for everyday living.

The house offers 3 bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 1 single room.

The master bedroom is very spacious and located next to the living room. It features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and many built-in wardrobes. It also enjoys sea and lighthouse views, as well as access to a private terrace with front-facing views and to the main terrace with the pool.

Two additional bathrooms are available: one en suite in the second double bedroom and one next to the kitchen, both with showers.

Equally important is the garage with an electric entrance door for one car, located at street level.
