This is a unique property on the island of Ibiza, you will not find another one like this: an Andalusian-style hacienda with a stud farm and breeding farm for purebred Spanish horses, which has won many important prizes all over the world.

Yeguada Los Olivos has its origins in the family stud farm in Andalusia, which was started in 1909 by the owner's grandfather. During the Second Republic and the Spanish Civil War the stud farm was on the verge of disappearing, but in 1994 the current owner decided to take it back and continue with the family inheritance.

In 1999 he decided to buy a plot of land in Ibiza and finally in 2004 he was able to move to the new name, Finca Los Olivos, honouring the more than 200 centenary olive trees that exist on the estate.

The activity carried out here is the exploitation of the stud farm, which currently consists of approximately 120 purebred Spanish horses (PRE) that are included in this offer.

From the very first moment, passing through the large wrought iron entrance gate and the 7m wide driveway, the feeling is of being inside a large mansion and it really is. The areas dedicated to the horses are perfectly in harmony with the style of the whole architectural ensemble, amidst lush gardens, water fountains, large handmade cobblestone pathways surrounding the entire property, natural stone walls extracted from the estate itself and much more.

The estate consists of several buildings divided as follows:

- THE VILLA: elegant stairs with marble balustrade lead up from the garden and accompany us to two terraces on two levels and to the entrance with 12m door designed by an antique dealer. The villa, strategically located to overlook the entire estate, is distributed over two main floors unified by an elegant wrought iron staircase and with a large entrance hall that divides the 2 wings. Of particular note are the wooden beamed ceilings from a 1900's manor house and all the exterior wrought iron railings with a unique design with waters and tongues of fire. From the first floor on a clear day you can admire the landscape all the way to the sea. In total there are 5 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and dressing rooms in Iroko wood, a huge living room with vaulted ceilings in antique wood and Italian marble fireplace, a dining room, a living/TV room, a library entirely in hand carved wood, a kitchen with pantry and several storage rooms and an inner courtyard and access to the terraces. Descending one level from the ground floor via another interior staircase, we find ourselves in an anteroom with arches that leads to several rooms: a large wine cellar with wine storage area enclosed by wrought iron doors; a lounge with billiards or other activities; an office with wooden ceiling, a garage of 190m², a large storage room of 350m², a tool room and finally a staff flat with 2 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Next to the villa there is a lawned garden with an oval shaped swimming pool with waterfall and 385m² of water mirror and counter-current system as well as a barbecue area. The gardens are beautifully manicured with many details such as a staircase with columns and water fountains and wrought iron benches for relaxing. In addition, a vegetable garden provides us with vegetables and fruit trees for our consumption.

- OTHER ANNEXES: near the stables, there is a separate house of approx. 130m² for the staff with 3 bedrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, office and utility room; another flat is located below the pool area and consists of bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Another flat already mentioned is on the ground floor of the villa.

- FACILITIES AND STABLES: the farm is divided into several plots with electricity and water supply, divided into several enclosures for the horses limited by natural stone walls and concrete fences imitating wood and several tracks for dressage. In total there are 26 stables: 18 stables framed by columns and a covered U-shaped corridor and 8 in a separate structure next to one of the dressage arenas. In addition, there is an artificial lake, a special swimming pool for the horses' body building, an area for veterinary examinations and care, a natural stone tower where the hen house is located and a special enclosure for a flock of sheep. From the U-shaped stables there is a staircase with two parallel flights that lead up to the bar with a fireplace and the tack room (room where the harnesses are kept). In front of this building is the huge parade ground with a central octagonal fountain with unobstructed views over the whole estate up to the church of San Rafael. Additionally, there are 2 small rooms used as storage rooms and a 5000 liters tank for diesel fuel. The property has its own well and 2 water reservoirs, one is the artificial lake of 600tn which is used for irrigation and for the horses, and the other is an underground reservoir of 400tn. To complete the offer is the huge 370m² hall with wooden ceiling with a large iroko door and 2 elegant lanterns.
