Villas under construction type B: Villas with four bedrooms distributed on one floor with spacious basement and garage. The living room, open kitchen and outdoor areas are perfect for gatherings. The development is characterised not only by its security and exclusivity, but also by its harmony with its surroundings. Access will be through an access control system consisting of barriers with number plate readers, which give access to private roads.

The energy saving system is carried out by means of a highly efficient aerothermal system, in conjunction with construction systems that guarantee exceptional thermo-acoustic comfort by optimising the envelope of the villas. This technology can be considered as renewable energy, due to its high efficiency and low CO2 emissions. This system reuses the waste heat from the heat pump to air-condition the home.
