Being a protected area it is possible to rebuild the existing house maintaining its current layout.

The application for the reconstruction permit and project has already been submitted and is expected to be available soon.

The aim is to maintain the Ibicencan aesthetics with sabina ceilings, wide walls and the reconstruction of the traditional fireplace in the kitchen.

The house according to the project will be distributed on one floor and will have 204m² built with a living room, a kitchen with dining are, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a storeroom and a stone oven.

A budget of approximately 300.000,-€ is foreseen for the renovation work.

After a complete renovation, this new authentic finca will be the perfect place for lovers of nature and Ibicencan architecture.
