On the ground floor, we are greeted by the kitchen, and a staircase leads us to the first floor where we find the living-dining room with a fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. A private terrace on the first floor enjoys wonderful views and gives us access via a few steps to the garden with a swimming pool.

- House 3 – ‘”Casa Huespedes”: of 152.55 m² with an entrance from the terrace on the north façade, featuring a living room with a fireplace and large windows offering views of the green hills, an open-plan kitchen and dining room with access to a south-facing covered terrace overlooking the garden, and a toilet. The two bedrooms are on the first floor, as well as a bathroom with shower. From the bedrooms, we can go out onto another sunny terrace with views.

All the houses have oil central heating, air conditioning and windows of Acoya wood with safety glass and sun protection, renovated in 2013.

It also has water and electricity connections, with additional water tanks of 6,000m³ for the house, 3,000m³ for the garden and an old underground tank of 25,000m³.
