An elegant entrance hall welcomes us and leads us into the bright living/dining room with an open plan, fully equipped kitchen. A large pantry with utility room is located next to the kitchen and can also be accessed from the garden.

From the living-dining room we can go out and relax under the beautiful covered terrace that occupies the entire facade, with outdoor dining area and built-in sofas that will help us to disconnect from the stress of everyday life.

The 8x4m swimming pool is surrounded by teak wood for maximum comfort when sunbathing.

From the entrance hall a wide corridor leads to 4 double bedrooms as well as a guest toilet and two elegant bathrooms with shower. Another bedroom, currently used as a TV room, is located next to the living/dining room.

The guest flat is part of the same construction, but has its own separate entrance at the rear of the villa which is opposite the pool area, therefore each unit maintains its privacy.

Here we find a living-dining room, a kitchen office, a bedroom and a bathroom.

Also noteworthy are the installations of solar panels connected to the electricity grid to be self-sufficient and also save on the bill for the plus of energy produced; the central gas heating for the winter and the A/C units in each room and fans for the summer; the electric blinds and the natural parquet floors.
